A lot of people are misloaded into buying products that are fattening and unhealthy, these products are claimed to be healthy though.   1. Your “LOW FAT” OR “FAT-FREE” food.

The biggest lie maybe told is that “LOW FAT” food is healthy which in truth is actually the unhealthiest. Normally to make a product low fat, the manufacturer removes the fat from the product and to compensate with that make use of heavy amounts of sugar. So “low Fat” means more sugar.

  1. Salad Dressings.

Salads are the best to live a healthy life, but just plain old lettuce, tomato, olives, broccoli, bell-peppers seem rather tasteless and boring, but the magic that a commercial, bottled salad dressing does is the best.

But what most people don’t know is that these salad dressings have is sugar, vegetable oil and fats which have no signs of healthy food.

  1. Fruit Juices

Most fruit juices that are packages are nothing but water with sugar, even though it says real fruit but no fruit can be that sweet so they add sugar and voila! You have it healthy packaged fruit juice.

  1. Whole Wheat

Brown Bread Vs White Bread? People would say Brown Bread but well brown bread does not supposed to happen to have only wheat but also has counterparts of flour, sugar. So, it isn’t healthy.

  1. Low Cholesterol products

These products contain an ingredient called ‘phytosterols’ which lower the cholesterol in the body and this is used in a lot of processed food and products that are known for controlling cholesterol but the side effects are seen on the cardiovascular system which can increase the risk of a heart attack.

  1. Margarine

‘Margarine’ or ‘low-fat butter’ is a suitable replacement for butter but the fact is that a product of chemicals mixed to give the taste and feel of food but it isn’t. Research shows that consumers of Margarine are more likely to suffer from a heart attack than others.

  1. Sports Drink

Sports Drinks are mainly for athletes which have high amounts of salt and sugar and normal people don’t need such high intakes, even though they are considered less unhealthy than other drinks they are still unhealthy
